Kendriya Vidyalaya, Hardoi was initially functioning in the temporary building in the campus of Government Inter College Ghanta Ghar Road Hardoi. The School started functioning in the November 2014 from class I to V and now it has grown upto class XII. Recently It is shifted to its new permanent building at Malihamau Hardoi-Bilgram Road in the October 2018. It is 14 KM away from district headquarters Hardoi.
Kendriya Vidyalaya, Hardoi is run by KVS an autonomous body formed under Ministry of Educationt, Govt. of India and is affiliated to Central Board of Secondary Education, New Delhi and have a common syllabus and curriculum of studies.
